Maples and Beech (Year 5)

Welcome to Year 5! In the mornings, we teach in separate classes, where Mrs Hutchinson (M-W) and Mrs Bolton (Th-F) teach Maples and Mrs Whitaker (M-Th) and Mrs Bamforth (F) teach in Beech. In the afternoons, we come together for different lessons and activities and are supported by Mrs Perrin, Mrs Emmerson and Mrs Blair.

Our Mission Statement is –

We are a team who work together to support and encourage one another. We are resilient, kind and aim to bring joy to others.

We currently have PE on Mondays and Wednesdays, so please make sure we have our kit in school. We also complete the Daily Mile, so we need trainers in school every day.

We work hard and play hard in Year 5 and alongside our Grove Award Branch Out rewards, we work together as a class towards our target.

Our target this term is to work together to achieve our mission statement.

If we work together to achieve this, we will get a reward of children teach for the day. Come on Year 5! We can do it!
